THE BAG I WANT IS SOLD OUT – WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?
KYN’s version of slow fashion means that we produce our collections in limited edition runs to limit dead stock and wasted materials. We may re-release bags in new colourways, but in general we do not guarantee restocks on any of our collections. If you would like to check availability or request a restock of a style, please email info@kynofficial.com.au.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. KYN is not liable for incorrect information entered at checkout. Please enter your payment and delivery details with care to avoid disappointment – it is your responsibility to ensure all information is correct, as we cannot offer refunds or guarantee changes where it is not. Please email info@kynofficial.com.au and we will be happy to try and assist and accommodate you as best we can.
HOW CAN I PAY?
KYN offers the following payment methods: Pay Pal, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. So you never have to miss out on a limited edition collection or drop, KYN offers buy now, pay later with Afterpay, which allows you to pay in 4 interest free instalments. Afterpay is only valid for Australian customers who have an Afterpay account. All orders, including those placed using Afterpay, are shipped as per the shipping timeframes outlined in our shipping and delivery policies here.
KYN is powered by Shopify, so all payments, data and information, is safe and secure.
HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Discount codes and store credit notes can be applied using the Coupon Code box during checkout. Discount codes and store credit notes are limited to one use only. If you are having difficulty using a discount code or credit note, please email info@kynofficial.com.au.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY KYN BAG?
To ensure your KYN bag lives a long life, please store in the hemp duster bag provided when not in use. Vegan PU leather won't respond to leather conditioners, so it's best to use a polishing cloth to gently buff out any marks or scratches that may appear over time. Try to avoid sharp objects that may scratch your bag. To clean any marks or dirt, simple use a wipe or damp cloth to remove. As much as possible, keep your KYN bag dry and out of direct sunlight for extended periods.
Keep hardware dry and away from direct excessive moisture as much as possible, as moisture of any kind (sweat, humidity, liquids etc.) can cause tarnishing. You can use a polishing cloth to return shine to hardware.

WHAT MAKES YOUR BAGS CRUELTY-FREE?
KYN's handbags are 100% vegan & cruelty-free as our highest priority. Our manufacturers are one of the first globally to receive PETA approval, which requires a high level of demonstrable proof across the entire raw material supply chain - from fabrics to glue. All of our bags are made from high quality vegan leather, and our bag linings are made from recycled plastic bottles.
BUT ISN'T VEGAN LEATHER SYNTHETIC? LEATHER IS NATURAL, AND NATURAL IS BETTER.
Yes, we recognise that polyurethane (vegan leather) is a synthetic polymer, and that neither landfill nor greenwashing is trendy. But despite what many think, there is nothing natural, organic or eco-friendly about the process by which leather is procured. Leather is not merely a food industry by-product (with many animals tragically raised purely for their hides), and tannins are environmentally destructive and carcinogenic. We substantiate transparently and in detail our stance against leather here and via our social media.
WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE AND ETHICAL MANUFACTURING?
We love and care about animals and people. Our definition of cruelty-free extends to the people who make our products, too. Our manufacturers set the bar high for safe, respectful workplaces, and are accredited under several global fair work and sustainability standards - including both the Higg Index and BSCI. Our path to full sustainability is a journey, and one that we are proud to be on as part of our corporate responsibility. Our mission is to establish ourselves as a brand so that we can move our entire product line over to eco-friendlier and wholly recycled fabrics - like apple, wine, pineapple and cactus bio-PU leathers.
We use the highest grade of materials available to us - certified under the Sustainable Apparel Coalition - to produce our bags. We then deliver them with love and integrity to you in organic hemp duster bags that you can keep and re-use, and using 100% compostable mailers and labels, to eliminate as much unnecessary single use plastic waste from our shipping and logistics processes, and your home at the other end, as possible.
