HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY?

We consider that providing fast shipping services that align with our brand values, along with impeccable customer service, to be a cost of doing business as a heart-led brand.

In order to allow us to continue offering this high level of service, we have made some changes to our shipping structure and costs.

KYN continues to offer free standard domestic shipping for all email subscribers. Join our KYN to access your one-off 10% discount and lifetime free shipping codes.

For all other orders, the following rates apply:

Standard domestic shipping (up to one week) – $10.00
Express domestic shipping (within 4 business days) – $15.00

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. We endeavour to ship all orders placed before 2.00 pm same day. Orders placed after 2.00 pm will be shipped next day. During high volume launch and sale periods, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order.

All orders will receive tracking ID via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 2 – 6 business days for standard domestic delivery (depending on state and metro location). Please allow 1 – 4 business days for express domestic delivery (overnight is typical for orders shipped within Queensland).

KYN endeavours to keep all plastic out of our logistics chain by using compostable mailers.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

These changes to our shipping and logistics processes means that KYN is now proud to offer flat rate international shipping to most major cities. Shipping rates are calculated by continent or region:

As a small business, we absorb as much of the logistical cost as is practicable and these represent the best rates available to us at our current shipping volume. We will continue to work with our shipping providers to ensure we can offer faster and more cost effective shipping options for our international customers.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We hope you love your KYN bag, but if for any reason you don’t we will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, where it remains in the same condition in which it was shipped (brand new, unused, with all garment tags in place and any paperwork enclosed) and includes both the duster bag and all original packaging it came in.

Given our limited product range and stock on hand, we are unable to guarantee or process exchanges. Store credit is offered to purchase an alternate KYN bag from current or future collections. Refunds are offered on faulty items (please include details and photos where possible of faults when contacting us about your return in this instance).

Return shipping to us is at the customer’s own expense, but store credit will include free shipping for your new purchase. Where a discount code has been used on a purchase, store credit will reflect the discounted amount originally paid and not the full RRP of the product.

To assist with inventory management, all orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. Returns are not permitted during this time.

At all other times, please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. 

All returns need to be authorised by KYN’s customer care team. Should you wish to return your KYN handbag:

1. Email returns@kynofficial.com.au and quote your order number. KYN will process a return form for you. 
2. After receiving confirmation of your return from KYN, carefully repackage and return your order to:

3. Please ensure your return shipment includes tracking, as KYN is not liable for returns that are lost or go missing in transit back to us.
4. Once we have received your return, we will be in touch within 48 hours to issue your credit note.

We are working to establish a returns portal in order to streamline this process for customers, and to allow us to offer easy online returns and refunds. We appreciate your patience as we navigate these processes as a small business.

Please note: KYN is not liable for courier delays or change of mind. These circumstances do not constitute grounds for refund as per our outlined policies. KYN is unable to accept international returns at this time. If you have ordered outside Australia and your item is faulty, please contact us at info@kynofficial.com.au.  

WARRANTY CLAIMS

As part of our sustainability efforts, KYN makes every effort to ensure the quality of our bags is such that they will last beyond just a season. Genuine manufacturing faults are usually detected within 3 months of use, so KYN will guarantee your purchase during this time. Please contact returns@kynofficial.com.au and we can assist you with assessing a fault that you believe may merit a warranty claim. Where a product is still in stock we may be able to replace it (or where it is not, provide store credit), so that it may be repurposed and live a new life rather than end up in the back of your closet or in landfill.

To get the most out of your KYN bag, please take care to avoid getting it wet or carrying excessive weight in it (we give a rough guide to what each bag can fit on the product page). Please ensure you use and store your bags properly. Please consult KYN’s care guide here. Faults that we deem to be a result of misuse do not qualify for warranty claims.
